Important information: The Worcester Whitehouse Hotel has gained a very good reputation for the quality of functions held at the hotel. It is our wish to ensure the enjoyment of all our guests and I would therefore like to take this opportunity to advise you that such events may be taking place during your stay with us. Wedding receptions and private functions are accommodated in private rooms however, some degree of noise from musical entertainment may carry into other areas. Where possible your accommodation will be allocated within a quieter area of the hotel although we cannot guarantee this; we therefore have a policy of allowing musical entertainment to continue until midnight (1.00am in December) and no later.

For all advanced purchase rates, every guest must present the credit card used to pay for the room on check-in. If the card used for purchase is not present at check-in, a third party credit card authorization form must be completed prior to arrival. This can be obtained from the hotel directly by email enquiries@worcswhitehouse.com

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the card provided to guarantee the booking prior to your arrival. We accept all major credit cards with the exception of Diners. Cash payments are ONLY accepted upon check in with a valid form of photo identity document eg passport or driving license supported by a valid debit/credit card as a pre-authorisation of £100.00 per room is required when paying by cash.
